We are currently accepting commissions for anything wargaming related! if you need any kind of assembly and painting work done on your models, we are your one stop shop. From Tabletop Standard minis to custom figures and award Winning Display boards, we do it all! Our studio in Dallas, TX has shipped projects to happy clients all over the world.

We can create anything you can imagine from a small combat patrol to an entire titan maniple with a custom gaming table with dozens of buildings and terrain features. we have completed armies, display models. custom work, tables, and display boards for clients all over the world and our studio works with some of the best local artisans available! We make sure you get exactly the project you've been dreaming of delivered to you on the tabletop.

The Process

For commission inquiries, please fill out our quote request form on our contact page. Please provide as much information as you can to aid us in providing you an accurate quote as quickly as possible. Most of the time, we are able to provide you a quote with a completion time estimate in 3 business days. Most projects are booked several months out in advance, but under certain circumstances, we will be able to take rush orders so just send us a form and we will see what we can do!

After everything is agreed on, we will need to receive a 50% deposit up front to start work on your order. As soon as the deposit is received, we will order all of the materials required for your project and get to work. Most of the time, we are able to get all of the materials in 1-2 weeks. Assembly and paint time will vary per the size and complexity of your order but on average the turnaround time is 3-6 months from initial deposit payment for most projects.

Our Services

assembly

assembly includes cutting and cleaning of all parts as well as advanced cleanup like gap filling and barrel drilling where required. Please contact us for a custom quote for conversions. We can do something as simple as a head swap up to fully custom models with parts from multiple kits. Assembly pricing is listed in our master pricing sheet.

Magnetization

Want to keep your army ready for everything in the ever changing meta? Just like having some fancy options? we offer magnetization services so you can quickly swap out different weapon and loadout options so your army is ready for any opponent or style battle. Most infantry models will use small magnets while tanks and walkers will use medium magnets. Large Magnets are used for titans and other resin monstrosities. Please note the price for magnetization work does not include additional paint work for other weapons/parts and those will be calculated on a case by case basis. Magnetization pricing is listed in our master pricing sheet and is charged on a per magnet and size basis.

PAINTING

We currently paint models to 4 standards - Basic, good, better, and best. Gallery updates coming soon!

Basic: is for your tabletop or “battle ready” models. basic includes basic (minimum 3) base colors, washes, and decals.

Good: features all of Basic + more base colors and basic highlights.

Better: features all of Basic and Good + additional airbrush work along with more edge highlighting, shading, and details like gems and lenses.

Best: Best is for our most discerning customers who want their models to be display quality. best standard includes all of basic, good, and better + multiple levels of airbrush work like volumetric shading, gems, lenses, object source lighting where applicable, and detailed edge and point highlighting. many of our best standard armies and models have won best painted awards at tournaments and competitions all over the world. IF you want your models to look the absolute best then this is the standard for you! please allow additional time for best standard projects as this standard takes considerable time for our artists to plan and complete.

Every project is custom tailored to your requests so please let us know as much information as you can when submitting your request. Awe can paint your army however you like whether that be ‘eavy metal style, grimdark, or something entirely new imagined by you. The pricing for al our painting standards can be found on our master pricing sheet. the price of your specific project can vary depending on several factors. Additional cost can be added on a case by case basis for specialty paints and finishes such as holographic, candy, and chrome paints. 25% is also added to the cost on a per model and standard basis for more detailed models (Blood Angels Death Company, Dark Angels Deathwing terminators, tempestus scions, adeptus mechanicus etc.) as the additional details require more time to complete. we also have very talented freehand artisans on staff that can do everything from names on a tank to full on sistine chapel style artwork pieces on your models. Basing

all standards of painting include studio basic basing free of charge. Studio basic includes up up two texture paints and/or flock, rocks if necessary, one type of tuft, and a base rim paint. Studio basic basing is designed to look great and be flexible to fit all standards but we can achieve any basing scheme you can imagine. WE can also use and paint custom printed or resin bases that you provide or we can order for you. a guideline for Custom or more complex basing prices are included on the master pricing sheet but can also be determined on a case by case basis if you have something special in mind.

Display Boards

Transport and display your army in style with a custom display board. Quickly get your army to the next game with a Wood Carry Tray or Frontline Gaming style Display Board or turn heads with a fully custom 24x24” display board loaded with Buildings and custom terrain features. Display boards are the perfect way to continue the story you’ve told with your army and showcase your models. We can make anything happen including lights, sound, smoke effects, modular boards, and fully custom terrain so let your imagination go wild and send us your ideas! Display board price estimates by size are listed on our master pricing sheet but exact pricing will be determined on a case by case basis.
